YogaBabes is for pregnant women These specialist classes are about enjoying your changing body through the mind, body, breath and spirit practice of yoga – giving you the mental, emotional and physical tools that will enable you to adjust with as much ease as possible to enjoy, love and nurture your baby and yourself, through pregnancy, labour and motherhood. Choose from - any of four pre-natal yoga classes a week, in Walton or Staines
- a private birth coaching session in your own home to prepare for labour (around 37 weeks)
YogaBabes is for babies!
For the babies growing in the womb – we teach how mums can connect with their unborn babies, feel at ease with their changing shape, promoting that bond between mother and child. Recent research had proven that a babies nervous system begins it's life journey in the womb. Yoga plays an important role in pacifying the nerves and the babies benefit.
YogaBabes is for Dads, Friends and the rest of the family!
