Welcome to Yoga Babes! Yoga Babes offers pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga classes in Hook and Basingstoke. Classes are taught by Rosanna or Fiona – experienced, qualified and friendly yoga teachers. All classes are suitable for complete yoga beginners, as well as those that have done yoga before.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN MY CLASSES AS LIVE ONLINE VIDEO CLASSES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE BOOK AS NORMAL AND I’LL SEND YOU DETAILS TO JOIN MY AS CLASS A LIVE ONLINE VIDEO CLASS. IT CAN’T REPLACE THE CONNECTIONS YOU GAIN FROM ATTENDING A CLASS IN PERSON, BUT I HOPE IT GIVES YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE YOURS AND YOUR BABY’S WELLBEING USING YOGA TECHNIQUES. PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

Pregnancy yoga classes are on Tuesdays, 7 – 8.30pm at the Sacred Heart Church hall in Hook (near Basingstoke), Hampshire RG27 9LA. Click here for class dates..

Gently and safely maintain strength, flexibility, fitness and wellbeing during pregnancy by practicing soothing and energising yoga movements and relaxation exercises to enhance your pregnancy and birth experience. Yoga movements and techniques can help with the minor discomforts of pregnancy and help you cope with the stresses of every day life. We offer a space where we celebrate the joy of pregnancy as a natural process, and where women can develop a friendly support network.

Our pregnancy yoga classes have been running for over 15 years, successfully supporting pregnant women to practice yoga movements and techniques for a positive pregnancy and birth.

POSTNATAL MUM AND BABY YOGA CLASSES

Postnatal mum and baby yoga classes are on Monday mornings at John Lewis in Basingstoke, on Floor 1 in the Civic Space, a private and comfortable area next to the cafe. There is free parking outside the venue and the opportunity to chat and socialise with other parents and babies after the class in the baby-friendly cafe. Click here for class dates.

Safely regain strength, flexibility and wellbeing and naturally aid your postnatal recovery with yoga. Gently move, realign, restrengthen and nurture your body after pregnancy and birth. Enjoy stretching, toning and practicing relaxation, whilst including, bonding and having fun with your baby through touch, movement and songs.  Yoga can help soothe aches, pains and physical and emotional tension that may come with caring for your baby, and help you and your baby feel calm, positive and revitalised.

Parents can support their baby’s development by doing yoga with them, and meet other mums and babies in a relaxed, friendly environment.
