ANTE NATAL YOGAOne hour weekly sessions where you can meet like-minded women, will include gentle and fairly strong stretching in especially adapted poses for pregnancy, breathing for relaxation and general well being, breathing and visualisations to help with a natural labour, understanding of the power of the mind and it’s effect on emotions, cultivating a positive attitude, focus on getting baby into the right position prior to labour starting and sharing a host of useful ideas with each other.

The cost is
£10 if you use it as a drop in
£55 for 6 classes - voucher style (saving £5)
£110 for 13 classes - vouchers (saving of £20).
These can be used on either day of the week and need not be consecutive.
Also if you do two a week, the second is half price.

Partner’s Birth Coaching
Birthing Coaching is offered as a one off visit in your own home. These sessions are designed as an
A – Z of the labour and birthing process and offer partners (husband, mother, friends, partner) an understanding of the useful techniques learned in class and how they can help endorse them.
It offers insight and ideas on coping with the mental, emotional and practical needs during labour and delivery, so enabling a safe, secure, consistent care during labour.
The cost is
£45 for me to spend an hour and a half in your own home
