This class is made up of gentle yoga movements, stretches, postures and relaxation exercises, enabling you to take the much needed and important time to focus on looking after yourself.
Gently strengthen your whole body including pelvic floor and core areas, to aid your physical health and ongoing postnatal recovery and maintenance.
